This blog is about my relationship with food, how little snippets of memories shape what I cook and how I cook. I do not admit to know everything there is about food but I’m hungry for knowledge and oddly curious.

I travel to eat. I love trawling through local markets to see produce and many a times to pack something back to cook with. Traveling inspires me immensely.

When I eat someone else’s food, I am grateful. I seek to understand the person behind the food on the plate. I enjoy the minutes, hours, days or even months of the many people’s efforts that converge in that single dish, therefore I will not criticise.
